Thibaut is part of the asset management team. He joined STAM in December 2022, as Technical Manager. He supports the asset managers and the acquisition team in all technical matters. He supervises and manages all renovation and restructuring projects for residential and office assets.
With more than 7 years of experience in building works, he started his career at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-De-France working on large-scale projects such as the Seine Musicale, the Palais de Justice in Paris, and the Colas headquarters. Thibaut then joined Tetris, a subsidiary of JLL, as a tertiary project manager. Thibaut is a graduate of the EPF engineering school.
