The Company
STAM France Investment Managers (STAM FIM) is a portfolio management company created in 2008 and registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under number GP – 08000012 to manage real estate investment vehicles (OPPCI).
STAM FIM is a French AIF Manager authorized under the AIFM Directive.
The company establishes and manages OPPCI vehicles on behalf of institutional investors.
OPPCI management is regulated by the AMF and requires external controls (custodian, independent experts) and regular financial declarations.
OPPCIs are exempt from French corporation tax and are subject to distribution requirements: at least 85% of recurring income and 50% of capital gains.

The OPPCI
SPPPICAV Opéra – established at the end of 2018 on behalf of institutional investors, is fully invested in residential properties in Paris and the Paris region.
The SPPPICAV Madeleine – established in 2017 on behalf of institutional investors – is fully invested, mainly in office assets in Paris and the Paris region.
