Nathan has joined STAM in 2022 to reinforce the asset management team focused on office and residential assets. He has 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, starting with Viveris REIM and then integrating the asset management team of Swiss Life upon its acquisition of Viveris. During his time with Viveris/Swiss Life, Nathan worked as a financial analyst for acquisitions and in asset management covering assets in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. He got promoted to asset manager in 2018 managing a portfolio of 19 assets, representing a total value of €720M, for different funds.
