Prior to joining STAM in 2021, Aurel was a Manager in the Paris office of KPMG Corporate Finance’s M&A Real Estate team where he was involved in real estate financing transactions, notably as financial advisor to private real estate companies, developers or investment funds in their debt or equity raising operations with investment banks, private debt funds or crowdfunding funds. Aurel has also acted as financial advisor to family offices in the acquisition or disposal of real estate companies or real estate assets (offices, retail, managed residential). Prior to his experience at KPMG Corporate Finance, Aurel was a project finance analyst for a company dedicated to green energy production in Europe and Africa. Aurel holds a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
