We accompany our clients throughout the entire investment cycle: sourcing opportunities, acquisition, asset and property management, technical management, sale, as well as fund structuring management.

STAM France Investment Managers, a 100%-owned subsidiary of STAM Europe created in 2008, is an AIFM and an AMF-approved asset management company.

Since September 2025, STAM has been a subsidiary of the ATLAND group, where it notably contributes recognized expertise in managing real estate investments on behalf of international institutional investors.

2008 : Creation of STAM France Investment Managers
