Prior to joining STAM Europe as an asset manager, Karine was a property manager during four years for PROLOGIS, the global leader in industrial real estate development and logistics, where she was in charge of 30 assets in the north of France. Prior to Prologis, Karine was an asset manager during five years for VALAD (ex GVIO, the French leader in light industrial real estate) where she managed a portfolio of light industrial assets. Karine began her career as an asset and property manager at FONCIA, a French real estate service company. She graduated with a master’s degree in law.
