STAM Europe positions Highlands Logistics on two prime logistics hubs

Highlands Logistics, an entity controlled by affiliates of a North American institutional investor and STAM Europe, has secured the Acropolis portfolio from the Argosyn Group.

The portfolio is comprised of two modern warehouses, including a fully automated last generation warehouse, and a mixed-use platform composed of warehouses, offices and technical premises. The portfolio totals circa 164,000 sqm of lettable areas in prime logistics locations and the assets are fully leased on long term leases.

Two of the assets are located within the Lille urban area, at the heart of the northern French logistics market and close to the Belgian border, with excellent access to major motorways. The third one is located in the South of the Paris region, 20 km away from Paris, in a strategic location close to motorways and 20 km from the Paris Orly airport.

In this transaction, Highlands was advised by l’étude notariale Wargny Katz (Hubert Wargny) and Fairway (Marie-Claire Guéna and Aubry d’Argenlieu).
Argosyn Group was advised by Linklaters (Françoise Maigrot), CBRE (François Le Levier), JLL (Vincent Delattre), Kalies (Pascal Marly) and l’Office Notarial Prouvost & Associés (Sylvain Roussel).
