Rationale and achievements
This transaction represented a rare opportunity to create high-quality office space in the CBD of Paris, where new supply is scarce and demand steady.
The two adjacent buildings, a parking garage and a private mansion, were fully refurbished and redesigned to offer prestigious, modern and functional office space and 22 underground parking spaces. The new office building features the latest green certification labels.
Located in the elegant 16th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the building benefits from very good public transport access via several metro and bus lines in close proximity.
STAM managed to pre-let the entire office space to Adobe for their new French headquarters a few months prior to its delivery which is planned in the Spring of 2019.
