STAM Europe buys the € 22.5 M “Toscane” real estate portfolio for its STAM REI III Fund

 

STAM Europe has bought a real estate portfolio for its STAM REI III Fund.

 

The “Toscane” portfolio, bought from Natixis, is composed of 9 land assets, located in Paris and the Paris area. The total area measures 25,000 sqm and is mixed use consisting of office and light industrial.

The acquisition price of this portfolio was of € 22.5 M.

STAM Europe was advised by Etude Theret and the cabinets Arsène Taxand and Gide, for this acquisition. The investment was financed by Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.
