Office core investment

Acquisition of a 25,000 sqm. offices building complex in March 2007, in Paris central business district. 

The entire building, which was built in the 19th century on one hectare of land, is rented out to the Gaz de France Group, which has made extensive restorations to it.

The total investment was €142 million

The building was acquired as part of a swap with the City of Paris, for a new office building in the "Seine Rive Gauche" area that was vacant but had an 18-month rent guarantee
