Prior to joining STAM Europe, Nicolas was managing a team of property managers for CBRE Asset Services and was directly in charge of some strategic buildings for the main clients of the company. His experience covers the full range of traditional real estate asset classes. Prior to CBRE, he managed a portfolio of prime office buildings for a French investor and was Property Manager for Scaprim PM. He began his career at Foncia as a Property Manager. He graduated with a master’s degree in law and in Real Estate Administration.
