Edward is the President & CEO of STAM Europe. He is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the company and its real estate investment funds, including the identification, evaluation, structuring and execution of investments and the formulation of policies and strategies for the ongoing asset management and disposition of investments. In 2007, prior to joining STAM, Edward was a Senior Principal and Co-Head of Real Estate at Doughty Hanson & Co. where he was a member of the Investment Committee for both opportunistic Fund I and II. He was involved in fundraising, acquisitons, asset management and dispositions across Europe. He has been involved in developing and investing in more than 75 transactions totaling €6 billion. In 1999, prior to Doughty Hanson, Edward was part of the initial team which formed Orion Capital Managers where he served as an Investment Director. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, where he majored in Mathematics and Economics and has completed executive education classes at INSEAD.
