STAM Europe, on behalf of the Madeleine Fund, has acquired the building « Green One » from a real estate fund managed by Amundi Immobilier. The office property is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, in a recently redeveloped neighborhood in an attractive environment.
The building, delivered in 2011, offers a leasable area of approximately 5 000 m², fully let since delivery, with a contemporary and bright working environment. Green One also benefits from several environmental labels.

STAM will manage this asset to optimize its rental income in the mid-term in a Parisian market lacking available qualitative lettable space. »
In this transaction, the Madeleine Fund was advised by l’étude Alliance Notaires, the law firm LPA-CGR and NOX for the technical due diligence.
Amundi Immobilier was advised by Nexity Conseil et Transaction and Savills in a co-exclusive mandate, as well as l’étude notariale Oudot & Associés.
