The 78,000 sqm Octave portfolio was acquired by Highlands Logistics, an entity controlled by affiliates of a North American institutional investor and STAM Europe.
The portfolio is composed of four class-A good quality warehouses located on the French logistics dorsal; in Amiens, Nanteuil in the Paris region and Avignon.
The portfolio, which is 86% let on long term leases offers a mix of secured cash flow and value creation opportunities through the lease up of the vacant premises.
