STAM, on behalf of Highlands Logistics and Athéna Investments, has acquired two logistics platform from Casino Group totaling approximately 110,000 sqm of surfaces.
The first asset, located in Besançon (close to the Swiss border), totals 73,000 sqm, and is leased to EASYDIS. The second, situated in Saint-Etienne (south of Lyon), totals 37,000 sqm and is leased to the e-commerce company, Cdiscount.
The two warehouses offer a secured income with long term leases.
STAM is pleased to have completed these two sale and leaseback transactions with the Casino Group.
