The 207,500 sqm portfolio of 6 logistics assets and one parcel of land was purchased from Prologis.
The assets are very well located near strong French logistics hubs and fully occupied with good covenant tenants such as Auchan, Conforama and Michelin.
The strategy which will be implemented by STAM involves maintaining and stabilizing the rental income through close relationships with existing tenants. In addition, the 9.2 ha parcel of land included in the portfolio presents a potential to develop an additional 20,000 sqm facility.
This transaction brings the amount of square meters under management in the logistics sector for STAM Europe to approximately 570,000 sqm.
