Rationale and achievements
This portfolio consisted of 19 assets located in dynamic and strong logistics/light-industrial areas in France, mainly within the French logistics corridor.
STAM created value on specific assets and sustained the portfolio’s cash flow through the undertaking of active asset management initiatives, including capex programs, lease-up and lease negotiations.
This transaction represented a balanced investment opportunity with a strong income stream and risk diversification in terms of asset type, size, tenant and location.
The bulk of the portfolio was sold in December 2018 after a non-solicited offer was received from a US private equity real estate core plus fund.
